The Personnel Management Association of Thailand ( PMAT ) is a professional association for personnel management professionals at all levels, including academics and professors. The association is recognized as a neutral institution dedicated to fostering good relations between employers and employees, serving as a center for academic excellence and providing personnel management consulting services for the benefit of society as a whole.
