• The Candidate Experience Journey: A visit to the Amazon Candidate Experience Center, offering insights into the deliberate strategy of improving the pre-employment process through dedicated, private, and welcoming spaces to ensure candidates can perform at their best.

   

• Inclusion, Sustainability, and EX (Gallery Deep Dive): A guided tour through the world’s first Amazon Inclusion and Sustainability Gallery , highlighting interactive exhibits that showcase Amazon's progress in climate action, diverse hiring initiatives, and community impact.

• The Co-Innovation Engine: An in-depth experience of the AWS Asia-Pacific Innovation Hub and Executive Briefing Center, demonstrating the use of customer-centric frameworks (like "Working Backwards") for rapid prototyping and generating roadmaps for GenAI and cloud transformation.

   

• Mini-sprint Activity: Designing the Collaborative Space: A collaborative exercise focused on designing a segment of a Flexible Workspace to balance the needs of hybrid tech teams—specifically, integrating quiet rooms, height-adjustable desks, and local cultural elements to optimize for both deep focus and impromptu collaboration.
