Abhi is the Head of Future of Work at Grab, where he leads the effort to democratize AI and accelerate Grab's "Cyborganization Journey." He does this by motivating, upskilling, and enabling employees and by redesigning functions using AI and automation capabilities, thereby helping Grab achieve its ambitions.

In his previous role at Prudential PLC, he was responsible for building the HR Operating Engine, which included teams for Operations, Technology, Analytics, AI, Transformation, Enablement, Strategy, Risk, and Governance. Overall, he has over 18 years of experience in strategy and business transformation, having worked with leading companies such as Google, Coinbase, and Novartis. He has successfully led global teams across HR, IT, and Sales Effectiveness, delivering high-quality operations, exceptional user experiences, risk mitigation, and cost efficiency.

Abhi holds a B.Tech and M.Tech from IIT Kharagpur and an MBA from the Indian School of Business, both prestigious institutions in India. Outside of work, he enjoys writing, running, and practicing Kundalini Yoga.
