With over 18 years of experience as a People and Culture Generalist and Learning & Development Specialist, Afeef has worked across six countries and delivered talks in more than 50 countries—inspiring audiences on topics such as service excellence, leadership, organizational behaviour, and performance enhancement.

Much of Afeef’s international work has focused on elevating service experiences and strengthening the people and culture dimensions of organisations. He lives by the powerful personal philosophy of “adding value wherever he goes and making a difference.”

Afeef is a founding member and currently the Vice President of both the Maldives Association of HR Professionals (MAHRP) and the Maldives Professional Speakers Association (MPSA). He is also a dedicated community contributor, working closely with the Government of Maldives on national service excellence and transformation programs—including collaborations with senior government agencies and ministries.

A proud graduate of Harvard Business School’s Executive Education MBA Class of 2016/2017, Afeef currently serves as the Senior Director of Talent, Culture, and Quality Assurance at the prestigious LUX* Resorts and Hotels.
