Avni Martin is an ICF (MCC) Master Certified Coach of coaches, trainer, and author of the Penguin-published bestseller Happy Ever After, which introduces her proprietary HAPPY™ Coaching System. As the founder of The Martin Institute, an ICF Accredited Coach Training School, Avni has trained hundreds of leaders strengthen awareness, and lead with presence - creating a culture of more conscious and happier workplaces.

Avni also served as Global Director of ICF Coaching Education, and led research across 1,300+ organisations in nine countries as Director of Research for ICF Singapore.
