Betty is an accomplished entrepreneur, tax consultant, and Fellow Chartered Accountant (FCA), as well as a Certified ISO 27001 Lead Auditor. With over 25 years of experience across HR, tax, accounting, and legal advisory, she specializes in corporate consulting and market entry strategies across Asia.

She is the Founder of HR Forte System, a cloud-based HR and payroll platform designed to support Asian and global operations. Betty is proficient in seven languages and dialects: English, Malay, Mandarin, Cantonese, Hokkien, Vietnamese, and Italian.

Betty has received multiple recognitions for her outstanding contributions from APAC Business Headlines, CIO Advisor, Enterprise World, CXO 2.0, and British Publishing House. She firmly believes in “believing in oneself, always leading with passion, and sharing a passion for excellence.”

She holds a BSc (Hons) in Accounting from Queen’s University Belfast and has been a Fellow Chartered Accountant with Chartered Accountants Ireland since 1999. She was certified as an ISO 27001 Lead Auditor in 2024.
