Chris brings more than 30 years of hands-on experience in developing leadership and organizational capabilities for local and global MNCs, with expertise in the areas of employee learning and development, leadership and management development, performance management, talent management and succession planning, coaching and mentoring, change management, career development and competency management.

Chris is passionate about talent and organizational development. He has previously taught the Post Graduate Diploma in Organizational Development and Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resource Development at Singapore HR Institute and spoken at various local and global Learning and Leadership Development, Talent Management Conferences.

His personal life purpose statement is "Inspiring, enabling and empowering others to have greater clarity, competency and confidence so that others can achieve much more in their careers and personal lives!" and he is feeling very blessed that he is able to live out his purpose statement in his work on a daily basis.
