Denise Shillito is the Founder of Purple Circle, a boutique consultancy that helps organisations lead with AI and design workplaces that are truly ready for the next frontier of work. With over 20 years of global HR leadership experience across Unilever International, private equity-backed portfolios, and technology-led businesses, she has led large‑scale transformations in organisation design, leadership and talent, culture, and workforce change across Asia, Europe, and the Middle East.

She partners with HR and business leaders to redefine the future of work in the age of AI. A graduate of the Oxford Artificial Intelligence Programme at Saïd Business School, Denise also sits on the IAA Executive Advisory Board on AI, with a particular focus on the Future of Work.

Based in Singapore and experienced across sectors including financial services, technology, and professional services, she serves as a fractional CHRO, advisor, and international speaker on AI, HR, and the future of work. Denise is particularly passionate about ensuring women play a defining role in shaping the AI‑powered economy and the workplaces of tomorrow.
