Effin is a registered Psychologist who practices his trait in the realm of HR. He has partnered with various organisations globally to drive their people agenda. His career spans across real estate investment, financial services, tech, consulting and the public sector.
His role as a HR leader over the past 12 years has seen him oversee most things People – from Organisational Development, Talent Management, L&D, and Culture. Effin’s career journey has been a colourful one. He went from working closely with high-risk violent offenders and drug abusers to partnering with company executives, C-suite and Boards.
He is also a Member of the Australian Psychological Society.
