Effin is an Organisational Psychologist who has partnered with various organisations globally to drive their people agenda. His career spans across financial services, tech, consulting and the public sector. He is a current Executive Director, Head of People & Organisation Development at Singlife. His purpose – helping people and organisations achieve success, supporting to accelerate their journey towards maximum value. As a data-driven registered psychologist with more than 14 years experience, he integrates best practices and evidence-based research to solutions. He believes development initiatives should accelerate performance and results.

Effin’s career journey has been a colourful one. He went from working closely with high-risk violent offenders and drug abusers to partnering with C-suite and Boards. He is an advocate for mental health and D&I initiatives, with keen interest on assessment and succession as well as women leadership research.
