Eugene is a seasoned HR leader with over two decades of global experience, currently serving as Senior Vice President/Global Head of HR for the Smart City & Digital Solutions Cluster at ST Engineering. Based in the US since 2024 on an international assignment, he is dedicated to fostering talent, culture, and collaboration across ST Engineering’s international operations. Previously, he held the position of Group Head of Talent/OD in ST Engineering.

Eugene began his career on a scholarship with the Singapore Armed Forces before moving into HR roles in the IT and technology sector, working for companies such as Danaher Corporation, Kimberly-Clark, Applied Materials, Hewlett Packard, IBM, Accenture, as well as PricewaterhouseCoopers Management Consulting Services as a Human Capital Consultant. He holds a Bachelor’s in Business Administration from the National University of Singapore and an MBA from the University of Surrey, UK.
