Gaston is a Managing Director based in Singapore, leading the Global HR Reinvention team across Accenture as part of Reinvention Services. Gaston partners with CHROs and HR leaders to deliver superior business outcomes by reinventing how the HR function operates.

Gaston has more than 20 years of experience in Human Resources and supports strategic, large-scale business transformation programs.

Gaston studied Business Administration and Management Systems at the University of Buenos Aires and earned an Executive MBA from IAE. He also holds a Global Executive MBA from London Business School, Columbia Business School, and Hong Kong University.

His recent studies and projects focus on the impacts of Gen AI/Agentic technology across the workforce and the evolution of HR capabilities. He is currently supporting global clients in pivoting to modern HR capabilities and the Agentic model, which powers Human+AI Reinvention.
