Gaston is a Managing Director based in Singapore, leading the Talent and Organisation practice for APAC Region. Gaston also leads the Global HR Transformation Capability across Accenture. Gaston provides strategic advisory to global clients in the Human Capital and HR agendas. Gaston has more than 20 years’ experience in Human Resources and supporting strategic and large business transformation programs.

Gaston studied Business Administration and Management Systems at University of Buenos Aires, and Executive MBA from IAE. He also holds a Global Executive MBA from the London Business School, Columbia Business School and Hong Kong University.

His recent studies and projects are related to the Workforce of the future and future of HR trends. He is currently supporting some of our global clients in their transition to new HR models, Agentic HR and enterprise digital transformation.
