Heena has more than 18 years of experience in operations working in various departments related to HR outsourcing and shared services within the functions of customer service, accounts payable, retirement, transitions and have managed flex and broking operations in the Employee Benefits and Insurance industry. She is responsible in providing strategic, financial and operational leadership for the company and will closely coordinate and work with the senior leadership team.

She spent a significant part of her career working with numerous multinationals helping them in manage their operational performance and client deliverables and have forte in developing, streamlining, documenting processes and delivering client centric services. Heena is Six Sigma Green Belt certified and have built efficiencies in existing processes through automation, resource management, implementing new technology and process simplification for Singapore, Malaysia and Hong Kong region.
