 Based in Singapore, he leads cross-functional teams spanning data science, analytics, and automation. His work focuses on applying Generative AI and advanced analytics to payroll, rostering, and workforce planning—bridging product, engineering, and business outcomes at scale. 

Henry has held leadership roles at SATS as the President & CEO’s Executive Staff Assistant and Head of Analytics, and at Lazada (Alibaba) as Senior Vice President, Head of People Science. He also serves as a member of the HR Committee for National Kidney Foundation (NKF) and as a member of the Ph.D. and Masters Program Advisory Committee for the Singapore University of Social Sciences (SUSS).

Henry holds an MBA from the University of Cambridge, a Master of Engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT), and a Bachelor of Engineering from the National University of Singapore (NUS). He frequently speaks at regional HR and technology forums on the future of work, AI adoption, and evidence-based HR.
