Jaejin Lee
Jaejin is a People Analytics scholar and strategic advisor with over 20 years of cross-sector experience spanning HR, analytics, and organisational strategy. He currently serves as a Research Fellow at Saïd Business School, University of Oxford, where he researches the Strategic Foresight Planning and People Analytics. His work combines rigorous research with practical implementation, focusing on how data, analytics, and AI can be embedded into everyday HR practice to drive business performance and workforce capability.
He completed his PhD in Human Resource Analytics at the University of Leeds, UK. He holds an MSc in Human Resource Management from the University of Exeter, UK and a BSc in Mathematics from Hanyang University, South Korea, bringing together strong analytical foundations and deep expertise in advanced quantitative methods, longitudinal intervention research, organisational network analysis, and ethnographic approaches to organisational study.
Beyond academia, Jaejin actively bridges global research and industry practice. He is a founding member of the People Analytics Research Institute (PARI) and advises HR Tech Korea on global strategy and innovation. In addition, he works closely with FastCampus, one of South Korea’s leading corporate education providers, helping organisations advance skill-based transformation initiatives.
Jaejin is the author of Business Partner: HR Analytics and co-author of People Analysts are Coming, and is a frequent speaker and contributor on the strategic evolution of People Analytics in Asia and globally.
