As Senior Partner and Global Leader of Digital HR Strategy at Mercer, he leads global efforts to help enterprises shift from doing digital projects to being digital organizations. His work focuses on redefining operating models for an AI-first world—aligning mindset, heartset, skillset, and toolset to create truly adaptive enterprises.

Jason has spent more than 25 years at the intersection of HR and technology. He co-founded and led Leapgen, a digital transformation firm that became part of Mercer in 2023, and earlier founded Knowledge Infusion, one of the first consultancies dedicated to digital HR, later acquired by Appirio. He has also held executive roles at PeopleSoft, Ceridian, and The Marcus Buckingham Company.

A two-time author, global keynote speaker, and adjunct professor, Jason is recognized among the top 25 Human Capital consultants in the world. Through his platform Now to Next Media, he helps leaders, teams, and educators navigate exponential change with clarity and courage.
