Dr. Jennifer Pei-Ling Tan heads Digital HR and People Operations at OCBC Group. In this role, she leads digital innovation, data enablement, and service excellence—shaping how people and technology come together to create meaningful impact. She is dedicated to elevating the employee experience and architecting the skills and systems that will define the future. Passionate about reimagining the world of work, she champions approaches that put people at the heart of digital change.

Having spent her early career in business advisory, and her mid-career as an academic specialising in the learning sciences, technology and data, Jen brings a unique combination of business management, research and innovation skills to her current practice. She holds degrees in Philosophy, Education, Business Information Systems, and Accountancy.
