Joydeep Bose serves as Managing Director and Group Chief Human Resources Officer at Olam International Limited, a global Fortune 500 food and agri-business serving over 25,200 customers worldwide.

With over three decades of leadership experience, Joydeep has architected Olam's talent and human capital practices from the ground up since 2003, powering the company's growth into a 50,000-strong enterprise across 65+ countries. He specialises in organisational performance enhancement, transformational change, and mergers and acquisitions, with notable consulting experience with Fortune 100 companies.

A thought leader and board advisor, Joydeep currently serves on the ICF Coaching in Organisations Global Board of Directors and has held prestigious advisory positions including Singapore's Educational Technology Alliance and the Human Capital Leadership Institute's CHRO Advisory Panel.

Joydeep holds a bachelor's degree in engineering and an MBA.
