Lance Bradshaw, MBA, MHA, EdD (Candidate), is Director of HR Workforce Transformation at Intermountain Health in Salt Lake City, Utah, USA, where he works at the intersection of leadership development, workforce strategy, and emerging technologies. With more than 20 years of experience across health systems, payer organizations, and national healthcare services firms, Lance focuses on helping leaders navigate complexity while responsibly adopting AI-enabled capabilities. Lance’s work centers on reimagining organizations as living systems where people and intelligent agents collaborate to create value at scale. He advises leaders on designing human–machine partnerships that go beyond automation, emphasizing agent governance, quality oversight, and the leadership skills required to coach, guide, and evaluate AI partners effectively. His approach highlights the importance of embedding organizational values, trust, and accountability directly into how AI agents are trained and deployed. In addition to his industry leadership role, Lance is an adjunct professor and a doctoral candidate whose research explores confidence, leadership identity, and the role of AI-enabled development in complex organizations.
