With over a decade of experience in the insurance and employee benefits industry, Lydia has a stellar record of driving business growth and delivering tailored insurance solutions that cater to the unique needs of her corporate clients.

At Howden, Lydia provides strategic initiatives to enhance her clients’ employee benefits offerings, focusing on innovative cost-saving solutions that boost employee well-being and satisfaction.  Her main expertise encompasses group life and accident insurance, medical insurance, business travel and work injury compensation insurance, as well as developing health and mental wellness programs, ensuring a holistic coverage and support for her clients' workforce.

Prior to joining Howden, Lydia held significant roles at major insurers in Singapore.  She was the Assistant Vice President of Employee Benefits, Provider & Network Management at Great Eastern from 2019 to 2023, and Senior Executive in Group Insurance at Aviva (now Singlife) from 2017 to 2019.  During this period, she managed a diverse clientele portfolio, ranging from small & medium-sized companies to multinational corporations, and built strong client relationships.
