Marcus Lim is the Head of Catapult at CapitaLand Development Singapore, where he is redefining the role of an executive learning campus—evolving Catapult into a platform for leadership development, industry exchange, and organisational transformation.

He also leads placemaking and flexible workspace initiatives, creating programmes that connect communities, catalyse partnerships, and position developments such as Singapore Science Park as vibrant innovation districts where enterprise and ideas converge.
