Michael Angelo ‘Mike’ Malicsi is a human resource leader and culture strategist, currently serving as Chief Human Resource Officer of UnionDigital Bank, the digital banking arm of UnionBank of the Philippines. His extensive HR experience includes Head of People Experience & HR Business Partner for Goldilocks under SM Investments Corporation, HR Head of Chef Tony Brands, and Program Manager at the Philippines-Australia HR & OD Facility. Mike is an active educator and community leader. He teaches strategic human resource management at the Ateneo de Manila University and De La Salle University. He is also the founding convenor of Australia Alumni Communities Philippines – a network of Australia-educated Filipinos and sits as an independent director of Century Savings Bank. Mike obtained a Master of Leadership from Monash University, Melbourne, under an Australia Awards Scholarship and a Bachelor of Secondary of Education from the University of Santo Tomas, Manila.
