Neetha is currently the CHRO for Prudential Singapore. As an HR leader, she believes in leading people's agendas from the front—continuously innovating to build high-performing teams that are diverse, inclusive, and rooted in purpose and values. Her life purpose is to help people find their Ikigai and maximize their potential so they get the most out of life!

She has 23+ years of experience across the end-to-end HR function as an HR practitioner and consultant across varied industries and geographies. Prior to Prudential, Neetha was a director at PwC, Singapore and New Zealand, and led the HR transformation practice. She started her career at ICICI Prudential in India and believes Prudential’s strong innovation and capability development culture brought her back, and it’s time to pay it forward in her current role.
Neetha holds an MBA in Human Resources and a bachelor's in sociology (honors). In her free time, she loves spending time with her family, traveling, and binging on multilingual dramas.
