Having lived and worked in international business hubs like Dubai and Singapore, Özge brings a rich global perspective to her work. As a certified organizational coach and Prosci® change practitioner, she integrates strategic HR practices with a people-first mindset—leveraging change management, leadership development, and organizational design to foster cultures that are both high-performing and psychologically safe.
