Rae started using her voice on stages at 15, and she realised that she could shift the energy of the room within 15 seconds. The audience went from being tired to inspired. Resigned to empowered. Not only did she witness the power of her voice, but she also realised that each of us has unique ideas and perspectives that can change the world. In fact, in an AI-obsessed world, our unique voices and humanity are our irreplaceable contributions.

After working with over 100 leaders from diverse industries and backgrounds, she has developed her tried-and-tested Own Your Voice Methodology, which helps leaders align their inner voice and outer expressions, fostering true confidence and presence. Having been through her fair share of self-doubt and limiting beliefs, she uses her perspective to guide leaders in recognising their value and advocating for themselves.

Today, Rae empowers rising leaders to Own their Voice, clarify their unique brand, and speak with conviction. She does so through artfully designed keynote speeches, training programs, and coaching programmes.
