Sajjad Parmar is the CEO and founder of The Talent Accelerator. He has over two decades of global HR experience working in leadership roles for Fortune 500 companies like Unilever, GSK, and eBay. His last job was the Head of Total Rewards—International Markets for eBay Inc. Some of his previous roles include Total Reward Leads APAC, HR Transformation Head, and HR Head – Malaysia. 

He has developed and delivered many global and regional HR and total rewards transformation and change management initiatives for his companies. Many of these have been market and industry leading. A renowned Total Rewards leader in Asia Pacific and a regular speaker at many global and regional conferences, he has extensive experience in Total Rewards, People Analytics, Talent Management, & Performance Management. 

He has launched The Talent Accelerator with the goal of assisting companies in building robust total rewards and HR standards that drive company and employee performance. He is building a state-of-the-art Compensation Tech Solution Suite that will add tremendous value across the HR function. He wants to use Total Rewards programs and frameworks to optimize employment costs, accelerate employee engagement, and boost productivity.
