Siti Sabariah Ahmad Murtazam
Siti Sabariah Ahmad Murtazam is a dynamic and forward-thinking HR leader recognised for evolving from a Learning & Development strategist into a key architect of organisational culture transformation. As Assistant Vice President of People & Culture at Kumpulan Wang Persaraan (Diperbadankan) [KWAP], she drives the organisation’s cultural evolution anchored on the three Culture Pillars of Change — Purpose, Trust, and Camaraderie.
Beginning her journey in Learning & Development, Siti reimagined KWAP’s learning ecosystem through The Learning Zone — the organisation’s first Learning Management System offering over 60,000 on-demand courses — and the KWAP Upskilling Program, a Mini-MBA pathway designed to empower non-executives. Her success in building capability frameworks laid the foundation for a broader transformation in culture and engagement.
Today, she leads initiatives that embed KWAP’s values into everyday experiences — from the fully in-house developed Culture Framework and Culture Temperature Assessment to large-scale engagement platforms such as Team Building and the Culture Socialisation Series, among others.
Recipient of the Gold – Young HR Talent Award (MIHRM, 2022) and Silver – HR Manager of the Year (HR Excellence Awards, 2023), Siti continues to push the boundaries of HR leadership — blending innovation, strategy, and purpose to build human-centred, future-ready organisations.
Siti holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology (Hons) from the University of St Andrews, Scotland, and a Master’s degree in Organisational Psychology from City, University of London. She is also Hogan and Saville certified, reflecting her commitment to evidence-based leadership and continuous growth.
