Steven has approximately 25 years of experience in the field of human resources, gained through roles as a consultant, in the private sector, and within state-owned enterprises. Expertise includes corporate university development, leadership development strategy, talent management, succession planning, employee engagement, performance development, organizational development, rewards, and overall HR strategy. From 2021 to 2023, Steven was appointed by the Minister of State-Owned Enterprises (SOEs) as Chief Learning Officer of the BUMN Leadership & Management Institute, with the responsibility of developing competent and professional SOE leaders. Currently, Steven is assigned by the Ministry of SOEs to serve at BRI as SEVP Human Capital to support the company’s human capital transformation. BRI is the largest bank in Indonesia, with more than 100,000 employees spread across the country. Steven is also the author of the book “From Leadership to Talentship,” which shares insights and experiences for leaders looking to address succession challenges. The book is currently one of the bestsellers in Indonesian bookstores.
