Tanvi Choksi is the Chief People Officer for Savills Asia Pacific and is responsible for shaping and executing the people strategy across the region. In this role, she partners with business leadership across multiple markets to build future-ready organizations, strengthen leadership capability, and enable sustainable growth through robust people systems and culture. She oversees the people agenda for approximately 28,000 employees across the Asia Pacific region.

Tanvi brings over two decades of global human resources leadership experience across a wide range of industries including real estate, professional services, hospitality, FMCG, healthcare, automotive, and agriculture. Her expertise spans organizational design, leadership and succession planning, talent and performance management, mergers and acquisitions integration, workforce transformation, and HR operating model redesign across Asia Pacific and global environments.

Prior to joining Savills, Tanvi served in senior CHRO roles at Mahindra Holidays & Resorts India Ltd. and JLL Asia Pacific. During her tenure, she played a key role in aligning people strategy with business growth, supporting large-scale transformation initiatives, and building high-performing and inclusive teams across diverse markets.

Earlier in her career, Tanvi held leadership positions with Johnson & Johnson, Tata Motors, and Monsanto, where she gained deep experience across complex, matrixed organizations and global operating environments.

Tanvi holds an MBA in Human Resources from the Tata Institute of Social Sciences and a Bachelor of Management Studies in Finance from Mumbai University. She is recognized for her pragmatic leadership approach, strong business orientation, and commitment to developing leaders and cultures that enable organizations and people to perform and grow sustainably.
