Timothy Lee is a seasoned business leader with over 25 years of experience driving growth and expansion across the Asia Pacific region. He began his career at leading consulting firms such as Deloitte, Aon Hewitt, and LG CNS, where he developed strong expertise in identifying market opportunities and enhancing organizational performance. At Eland Group, he played a key role in the company’s expansion into China, serving as CHRO and later as GM of eCommerce New Business Development, successfully launching and scaling online business operations.

He further strengthened his leadership in HR and M&A as CHRO of a Chinese fashion company, where he led post-merger integration following a major acquisition. Currently, he is the Founder and CEO of HR Tech Korea, building an HR tech ecosystem and leading global business initiatives.
