Ufuk Gul is a senior HR professional with over 18 years of international experience in Total Rewards and HR Business Partnering. During his 10 years at Sompo, he has worked across APAC, Tokyo, Istanbul, and currently resides in Singapore, contributing to the development of people practices in diverse and complex markets.

Ufuk is Vice President, Human Resources APAC, leading Total Rewards and HR Strategic initiatives across the region. Ufuk focuses on practical, business-aligned people strategies, using data, insights and emerging technologies, including AI, to drive consistency and impact across markets.
